Tim’s career has been diverse and exclusive within the pizza industry, having worked for national and international brands. Tim worked as a Corporate Training Instructor and New Store Opening Specialist for the largest franchisee of a national brand. He was then promoted to District Manager for the Kansas City market. Furthermore, Tim was also a multi-unit Area Director for one of the largest international pizza brands for over five years.


Tim delivers knowledge reflecting more than 4 decades of pizza industry experience to Gambino’s Pizza franchisees. Tim has spent in excess of 18 years with Gambino’s Pizza in franchise operations, where Franchisees rely on him for his vast experience. Tim is often responsible for providing insight on restaurant design and layout, equipment procurement, human resources, training and development of management and staff, food and labor cost control, as well as any number of day-to-day operational solutions.
