Barbara has been with Gambino’s Pizza corporate office for nearly three decades. She began her career at In The Sauce Brands processing truck orders, organizing the delivery of supplies and food orders to the Gambino’s Pizza franchises. Barb quickly expanded her role, providing additional office management support to the corporate team and franchisees.

Barb is responsible for franchisee communications, updating franchisees on governmental, health department, and franchise information. She also handles accounting, as well as general administrative support. In short, Barb is the voice most franchisees hear when they call the corporate office for assistance.
