As the leader of In The Sauce Brands, Inc., Kevin oversees all aspects of Gambino’s Pizza, offering a hands-on approach in his interactions with all franchisees. His career path has provided for unique insights that benefit our franchisees.


Kevin has been working in the pizza industry his entire career, beginning with his first job as a teenager working for a local pizzeria. He worked his way through the ranks with a regional chain, starting as a dishwasher and kitchen employee, on up through management. His innovation and dedication was rewarded with a promotion to District Manager and Trainer for this multi-unit pizza brand.


In the early 90’s, Kevin was hired as the Director of Operations for Gambino’s Pizza. Additionally, Kevin purchased 7 Gambino’s Pizza franchises, as well as launching additional restaurant concepts and ancillary support companies. This breadth of experience has proven invaluable to our Owner/Operators today.


In 1999, Kevin was made a minority partner at In The Sauce Brands, until 2020, when he became the majority principal and President/CEO.


Kevin has served on the Advisory Board for the Nebraska Restaurant Association, has won several awards for his line of BBQ Sauces and Rubs, as well as serving his community in a variety of other roles.
